Given the public opinion was greatly against the project do you think that our councillors have shot themselves in the foot?

I would like to see the development go ahead that area was designated for industrial use years ago and we certainly need some factories and warehouses. Is there any truth in the rumour Phizers are mothballing R&D AND PLAN TO BE OUT BY 2012 ? heard it twice recently

I've not heard anything but it does not seem likely. It would cost them an arm and a leg to move that much activity elsewhere.
