Live Music in Thanet

I figure that one thing that almost all people like to go and see (at least from time to time) is live music. However I am also sure that very few of us know of all the places you can go to see live music.

Off the top of my head there is:

The Britannia Pub in Margate
Winter Gardens (when announced)

But I am also sure that there is a pub in Northdown road that has live music and I'm guessing there must be all sort of other venues.

Can anyone add to the list?

There's loads. Loads and loads and loads.
Broadstairs is good for folky/blues stuff. In particular the neptune, the nelson, the wrotham and the rose. Sunday afternoons.
For original rock/alternative stuff there is the compass club in ramsgate - gigs every friday. See www.strappymusic.co.uk for details.
